Looking for a housemate

Hi,

Double room available in New Moston area, close to Harphurhey shopping centre (15 min walk) + other shops and local gym. Nearest bus stop is 5 mins away and tram stop around 12 mins (Central Park). Very well connected to the city centre.

Unfortunately, my current housemate is moving away in mid September, so I am looking for someone to take over her room and join me in the contract :). It is now a rolling contract with no fixed date but would prefer someone that is looking for a long term accommodation.

It is a very spacious property and has parking space. Please note that the property came unfurnished, so you would need to bring/buy your own furniture including bed! It is also likely we would need a couple of kitchen utensils but these can be found easily :).

I have attached a picture of how my room currently looks like so you have an idea of the size . The available room is a similar size, but different wallpaper (a better one!). There is also space in the living room for you and has a couple of storage units./room.

Price is without bills, wifi is already set up with Virgin media. Council tax band is A.

My previous housemate had cats, so pets are not an issue ^^. (Preferably cats or smaller pets as the garden is not as big for a dog to enjoy it!)

I am looking for someone respectful, friendly, and considerate (specially of quiet times). Ideally, you'll value personal space, communicate openly, and treat some as a safe haven. I am looking for someone that I would vibe with so would like to meet a couple of times prior to discuss more info and see if we are a good match :).

I am vegan myself so would prefer someone plant based/veggie or that respects that bit!
