Awesome double room - Northenden

Come and live in a quiet house share in Northenden with 3 housemates in our 30's to 50's. We treat this like our home and respect each others space.

Other housemates work very early shifts, so please only inquire if this suits you.

Please DO NOT inquire if you are under 35, or a couple.

You will have a furnished double room that looks onto the garden, tree's and (heated!) conservatory. It is first floor. It is 5 minutes walk to the river for running or biking routes (2-6 miles), and walking to Didsbury village in 20 mins. Location is also superb for motorway M56 and M60 (2 mins), airport, buses to city centre/Didsbury and Airport/wythenshawe are at the end of our road

INCLUDED are - bills, fast broadband, off road parking, shed for storage, bathroom, kitchen, shared lounge and separate downstairs toilet.

INCLUDED - weekly house cleaner for common areas.

The bathroom, kitchen and lounge are shared with 3 other housemates. We do have a separate downstairs toilet.

We are looking for flatmates who tidy up after themselves, respect other flatmates and their early shift work patterns.
