In a three bedroomed house/garden in quite residential area, close to all local amenities/facilities i. e parks/riverside walks/cycling, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes etc. in Northenden and nearby Cheadle, Gatley, Didsbury, Chorlton. Good transport links (bus and Metro) in and around Manchester City Centre/Manchester Airport/Hospitals

We are a couple (aged 65 yrs) with a young outlook, who offer a quiet, restful environment, with no pets ( although or adult children sometimes visit with their well
behaved dogs) Fasy unmetered internet access and a nice outside space to use - see photographs. There is a communal living and kitchen area - TV/ range cooker/fridge/washing machine/dishwasher etc. at the rear overlooking the garden area, and large vegetable plot/greenhouse.

Front lounge/TV area - used by owners.

Off road parking on drive or under carport (secured). 2 mins from the main motorway network (M56, M60).
