15 mins or less to, Chorlton, Didsbury, Withington, Altrincham, Northernden, Hulme and loads of other top Manchester areas. Frequent buses and trams to the city centre.

A 5-minute walk from Wythenshawe Park 🌳 and surrounded by transport links: tram stops, bus routes, and easy access to the motorway.

10-minute drive to Manchester Airport 🛫 and Wythenshawe Hospital 🏥 (with frequent trams to both).

Me, my partner, our mate and dog live at the property. We all work full-time and are ideally looking for another clean and respectful professional.

We have on street parking and will soon open up the drive way for extra space 🚗

There's a family bathroom upstairs (new shower with great water pressure 🛁) + additional downstairs toilet.
A shared cosy living room (gas fire, TV, Xbox, comfy sofa and dining table) and a good size well equipped kitchen. Plates, pots, pans all stocked and available to use.
The living room overlooks our large back garden which we've recently landscaped, great for BBQ's 🍻🍗

We're currently upgrading the room available with a brand new bed frame, mattress, and privacy blinds. The bed frame and mattress will be ready for move-in, with the privacy blinds to follow shortly if they aren't fitted beforehand.

We keep a clean and tidy home and a chilled vibe 🌱 ... We love music 🎶 and are developing a small home studio.

We're looking for clean and considerate housemates with friendly, relaxed vibes 😌

Home is sanctuary 🙏🏾

We have a dog crazy dog, so someone who is VERY confident with dogs is an absolute must! 🐕
You'll need to spend time with her so she can get to know you, especially when you first move in.

Council Tax: Band C.

We also have a cleaner who comes to the house once a week for 2 hours. The cost is shared equally between all housemates.
