Two rooms in detached home with garden, Offerton

Two rooms are available in my detached home in Offerton, Stockport: a larger downstairs room and a compact upstairs single room. Both are for single occupancy.

You’ll have access to a shared kitchen, a comfortable living room and a garden. There are two shared shower rooms in the house.

Aldi and local takeaways are just a short walk away, with a bus stop close by. There is also plenty of on-street parking right outside the house.

I’m a live-in landlord working full-time in finance. I enjoy cooking, gardening, walking and learning new skills, and would like to share my home with considerate, tidy people who appreciate a relaxed and respectful atmosphere.

Everyone is expected to clean up after themselves and share responsibility for keeping communal areas clean.

Non-smokers only, and no pets or couples, please. References will be requested.
