Double bed with a hybrid mattress and storage underneath, a proper desk if you work from home, 43" Google TV (4K, HDR10+) included, and a big wardrobe and chest of drawers. Your own bathroom with a bathtub, and a 300L hot water tank so you're never fighting anyone for hot water.

Kitchen and living space
Shared kitchen has a dishwasher, washer, separate dryer, two ovens (one with steam), gas hob, air fryer, and a bean-to-cup coffee machine. There are 2 fridges, you'll have your own large fridge with four freezer drawers. Living room has a recliner sofa and chair, new flooring throughout, so it feels well looked after, not tired.

Outside
Your window looks onto a fenced, private patio. No one walking past, no one overlooking it. There's an 8-seater sofa, a large parasol, and a BBQ.

Keeping it running smoothly
A cleaner comes twice a month and covers your bathroom and all communal areas as standard. If you'd like your bedroom included too, that's an optional £20/month add-on. We keep the shared spaces properly tidy rather than just "lived-in," and take turns on the basics like bins. If that sounds like your kind of home rather than a compromise, you'll fit right in.
