Seeking new housemate for HUGE ensuite double room

It is with a heavy heart that I must announce my dear housemate is leaving me, and I am therefore looking to fill a double room in Old Trafford, opposite the Trafford Bar tram stop.

We need YOU (yes, you!) to be moved in by March 2026.

It is a massive room, with space for many activities. It comes part-furnished with a bed, one set of double drawers, a bedside table and has a built-in, sizeable wardrobe. My old flatmate has another set of drawers he’s willing to leave if you require it!

We have a living room, a small kitchen, and it is a two-floor flat. There is a shared bathroom, but the room itself is an ensuite with a walk-in shower and toilet (obviously). The shared bathroom also has a bath, but it is predominantly used by me. Our living room has been fully furnished by me (it came with a two-seat sofa, a table to seat 4, as well as a TV stand (The TV came with me) - I am open to additional furniture, but we do not have a lot of space left. A lot of love has gone into this gorgeous space, and a weekly clean is a must (This we can do together - please feel free to contribute a perfect playlist for this).
