The house is in an excellently residential area with off road parking and is only a short commute from the city center which you can get to in less than 10 minutes on the tram (zone 2) thats less than a 5 minute walk, or a leisurely walk to MediaCity/Salford Quays or Chorlton. A park is only 3 minutes walk down the road.

This large modern double room is for that someone who is looking for that little bit extra. The room comprises of a modern bespoke intergrated triple wadrobe with central mirror, work station to one side and bed area to other side with wall cabinetes over work station and bed. There are remote comtrol overhead lights to the workstation and bed area. As well as a double bed the room also benefits deom an IKEA sofa bed, two bookshelves and a coffee table with remote control dimmer lights to the far wall.

I am looking for a lodger that i can also class as a housemate, who respect everyone’s privacy in the house but also occasionally likes get together for a drink, night out, a trip out over the weekends or have a BBQ over summer

contract 6 months with option to have it fixed or rolling, but may consider shorter contracts for increased.

rent £950 for single person or £1120 for a couple.
