Room/House-Landlord Away for Extended Period

I am seeking a female lodger to rent a large, furnished room in my well‑maintained two‑bedroom house while I am away on a career break.
I will be travelling from around 12 July and will be away for approximately seven months, returning only briefly every 2–3 months for a few days. This means that for most of the time, the lodger will have use of the whole house.
