Everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The house includes 2 Large fridge freezers, microwave, central heating, gas cooker, washer dryer, kettle, toaster.
Each room has a bed, bedding, mirrored wardrobe , table, chair, a sattelite cable fitted & a sky box with a remote control can be provided if needed at no extra cost. Fully furnished and double glazed. All rooms have locks.

Virgin broadband & strong Wi-fi signal all over the house, TV + sky box in living room, full fire alarm system installed including smoke alarms, heat detectors & manual call points for extra safety, two modern bathrooms including a large shower in one, large dinning room, modern stylish kitchen, large clean garden ,only 15min walk from Oldham town centre and 5min drive from M60.

Many shops, takeaways and the beautiful Alexandra Park near by, which has; ducks, refreshing and peaceful walks, fishing and free tennis courts.

Safe and trouble free area, bus stop to town centre near the house. Present tenants are very friendly, pleasant and great people to live with.

Price includes all bills including council tax, etc.(£50/week extra for couples ie £170/week). Smoking allowed but outside please so other non-smoking tenants are not affected. Must be in full time work.

Would need;
1) a copy of your passport or driving licence as ID,
2) £360 deposit {£300 for single room} (Refundable when you leave)
3) 1 weeks rent in advance.

TOTAL = £480 for double room & £400 for single room

Please only get in touch if you can provide all of these 3 requirements before moving in.

Rent is paid weekly every Monday one week in advance. Can also pay every 2 weeks (£240) or every 4 weeks(£480).

If not moving in Monday then rent is charged £20/day + 1 week's rent.

MINIMUM 3 MONTHS STAY AND A 2 WEEKS NOTICE IS REQUIRED WHEN YOU LEAVE .
