Rents INCLUDE ALL utility bills (Gas/Electricity/Rates). Note that these rooms are for single use, sorry - no couples but a friend / family member may stay the odd night, but NOT full time. Please note that the prospective tenants must be working & show 3 MONTHS wage slips/proof of employment/having paid rent (therefore show bank statements with rent going from Bank account).
