Single Room

4 bed house, 1 bath, pretty community based, less like a houseshare, more like a home.

We have a dinning room (that can seat up to 12 for dinner parties) and a separate large living room.

Free street parking is available. Bus stops are a few minutes walk, and the Patricroft train station is about a 15minute walk. If you drive, there are also two park and ride tram stops close by.

We sometimes cook together, eat together, go out together, help each other out with our side hustles/interests.

Whilst we’re all working professionals, we all also study part time too.

Rent is inclusive of all bills, however, we also have a cleaner who comes in weekly, and that cost is not included. It is around £25 per month.

At the moment, we also each pay £10 a month towards shared supplies such as laundry detergent, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, seasoning etc - this is optional but makes things a lot easier :)
