My lodger is moving out after 3 happy years, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room.
The flat is in a small 1930s block on a lovely leafy street in the Heaton Park area of Prestwich. It’s a ten minute walk to either Bowker Vale or Heaton Park tram stops, 5 minutes to the bus stop and is twenty minutes by bus or tram into town. Heaton park is literally at the end of the road and NMG hospital is only a five minute drive away.
The room is a large double and will be furnished with a bed ( new mattress), chest of drawers and wardrobe.
The living/dining room is also comfortably furnished with a dining table, lots of plants and a telly.
I’m basically looking for someone friendly and reliable, who likes things to be clean and tidy.
Rent includes all bills. Available from September 20.
