The house has a large garden and decking area which is a sun trap (on the rare occasion the sun comes out) the house is 2 mins walk to Heaton park tram stop and there are bus stops in the same location.
The house has free parking ( a driveway and the entire street is free too)

There is also a large open plan kitchen / living room with bifold doors leading to the garden.

*It is a shared bathroom, the room is not en-suite. *

You would be sharing with me and my partner David we are very sociable and work a lot so tend to be pretty busy most weekends and evenings so at times it will feel like you are not sharing at all, however when we are at home we often cook, have a few chilled drinks and binge a few series / movies. We are clean and considerate and would ask the same in return.

Prestwich has lots of independent bars, restaurants and green spaces (Heaton park, Philips park, Prestwich clough) all a short walk away from the house.

The rent includes all bills and, (fibre broadband, sky tv, Amazon tv, Netflix )

The room is currently tenanted and are due to leave around 14th September but looking to rent the room from the 1st October 2025 (but can be flexible)
