Looking to rent out my large double ensuite room which comes with built-in wardrobes, lots of storage and a smart tv. All bills are included.

The apartment is located a 10 min walk from Prestwich high street and 15 min walk to the tram stop. It also comes with parking.

The apartment is very specious and includes the following:

Living/dining area with terrace balcony over the communal gardens, 50inch smart tv and huge corner sofa.

Spacious kitchen with plenty of your own storage. Appliances include large fridge and separate freezer, washing machine, air fryer, slow cooker, microwave, toastie maker, smoothie maker, juicer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. You won't need to bring any kitchen related items and are welcome to use everything.

The ensuite has a shower, toilet and basin with a mirror but you are also free to use the main bathroom which has a large bath and there is also separate toilet/cloak room.

There is a garage which you can use if you have any large items to store.

I work in Facilities Management and my hobbies include golf, socialising and cooking. I am looking for someone who is laid back, tidies up after themselves and is currently in full time employment. I am a friendly and sociable person but also respectful of others space.
