Shared areas comprise of a sumptuous lounge with 50 inch flat screen TV, large fully fitted kitchen with double oven, washer, gas hobs two large fridge freezers and plenty of cupboard space.

The house is located minutes away from local shops, bakeries & is close to lots of takeaways including KFC, dominoes, pizza hut, sainsburys, lidl and close to some boutique shops. There is a tram stop a few minutes walk from the house, with regular trams into the City centre. There are also buses (135 bus) into Piccadilly Gardens, every 7-10 minutes.
