It's on a lovely quiet street with a good group of neighbours, and 20 mins walk from the bars and restaurants on Prestwich high street.

There is a small patio garden with garden furniture.

Please note this is a sublet - our landlord (who is lovely) is more than happy to support this and we have agreed this with him beforehand.

Available from 7th November 2026 - 7th February 2027 (3 months rent).
