Double Room in Semi-Detached House

I'm looking for another Tenant to House share with. The room available is a double room with built-in wardrobes (loads of storage), with a large bay window view. The landlord is very nice, and is perfectly happy with Tenants improving the house if asked. The rent includes all bills (electricity, water, broadband, council tax etc).

The house is very close to drinkwater park (less than a 5 min walk), and is about a 20 minute walk to Prestwich tram stop/ high street. There are also buses every hour to Manchester Centre via Salford University. The house comes with a large shared driveway and a garden out the back.

I currently have one cat, he is very friendly and fluffy and would love some extra company.

The house comes with the essential furnishings; extra furnishings will come soon.

The house includes the following:
- A large living room with sofa, coffee table, and Tv stand.

- The kitchen has most appliances you could ever need; you are welcome to use anything. This includes fridge/freezer, washing machine, air fryer, slow cooker, microwave, toastie maker, toaster, kettle, food processor, and stick blenders. There is also the essentials (cutlery, pans, oven trays etc) available. There is plenty of cupboard space left; I have barely filled the kitchen!

- There is a dining room with dining table and chairs, plus some storage places. The house comes with Gigabit Wifi, and streaming services.

- Two toilets, and 1 bath/shower.

I work as a technical specialist. I enjoy cycling, cooking, badminton, and generally being outdoors. I'm also very tidy and would be looking for someone similar. Ideally the person would be someone who tidies up after themselves, is friendly, and is in full time employment.
