Your room

Every room comes with its own ensuite bathroom, brand new furniture and décor, a proper work zone and generous storage. Ask which rooms are still available.

The whole ground floor is communal, and it's a proper amount of space:

A very large kitchen. Plenty of worktop, storage and cooking space, so nobody's waiting for a hob.

What's included

The location

Heaton Park Metrolink stop is a one-minute walk from the front door. Trams run every 6 minutes at peak times and reach Manchester city centre in around 15 minutes, with Bury in the other direction. Heaton Park, one of the biggest municipal parks in Europe, is just across the road: 600 acres for running, walking or a weekend coffee by the lake. Prestwich Village's cafés, bars and restaurants and the Longfield Centre are about a 15-minute walk away, or one stop on the tram. Buses also stop right outside on Whittaker Lane. Please note there's no parking at the property.
