A fully furnished double bedroom is available in a comfortable, modern and well-maintained home.

The room is furnished with a double bed and mattress, bedding, mirrored wardrobe with drawers, bedside cabinet with USB charging ports, chair, blackout curtains and blinds – so it’s ready to move straight into.

The house has a lovely, spacious feel with a large lounge with TV, a luxurious fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer, as well as a modern four-piece bathroom with both a bath and a walk-in rainfall shower. There are also easy-maintenance gardens to the front and rear.

The third and smallest bedroom is currently used as an office, but can be made available for occasional use if needed – useful if you sometimes need a little extra space to work or study.

I'm a professional and sometimes work from home. I enjoy travelling and generally like a relaxed, comfortable home environment.

I'm looking for someone who is respectful, considerate, clean and tidy, and who takes pride in where they live. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who sees a home as more than just somewhere to sleep and would appreciate a friendly, peaceful and well-kept environment.

I'm easy-going and happy to have a chat and socialise, but equally respect people's privacy and personal space.

Unfortunately, pets aren't suitable due to allergies, although I'm definitely a cat person!

The ideal lodger

This would suit someone who is professional, working, studying or otherwise settled, and is looking for a comfortable home rather than simply a room. Couple can be considered, price, subject to change.
