A spacious double room is available in my two-bedroom house, ideal for a single professional. The room overlooks the garden, making it a quiet and peaceful space. It comes furnished with a double bed and TV, and a wardrobe and chest of drawers can also be provided if needed.

The rent includes all bills, including broadband and Netflix, so there are no extra monthly costs.

I work full-time and enjoy a relaxed, tidy home. I’m friendly, easy-going and respectful of other people’s space, and I’m looking for someone similar to share the house with.

I’m currently redecorating parts of the house, so there will be some light decorating and occasional building work over the next few months while I gradually improve the property. Your bedroom won’t be affected, and the kitchen and bathroom will remain fully accessible throughout.

Please note that although the advert may show the property as having three bedrooms, it is actually a two-bedroom house, and unfortunately I’m unable to change this on the advert.

The house is on a quiet, friendly street with excellent transport links, just a 3-minute walk from Reddish North train station, with excellent bus routes nearby. The M60 is a 5-minute drive, Stockport town centre is around 10 minutes away, and Manchester city centre is approximately 15 minutes by car. Asda is within a 10-minute walk, with convenience stores just at the end of the road.

There’s unrestricted on-street parking, and there’s always plenty of space.
