Double room available to suit a single professional person. No couples. No men. Women preferred. I am slowly redecorating, There will be some building work/ decorating going on over the next few months. The kitchen, bathroom will always be accessible and the work won’t effect the tenants personal room. Theres only two bedrooms in the house, but the advert won’t let me change it from three. The rent includes all bills. I don’t have any pets.

Property in a quiet and friendly street. The M60 is a 5 min drive, Stockport centre is 10 min drive and Manchester city centre is 15 mins away. The house is 3 mins walk from Reddish North train station and has excellent bus routes. Asda is a 10 min walk and there’s a couple of convenience shops at the end of the rd. Car parking is on the street which is great, as there is always spaces available.
