We are a friendly, traditional Muslim family offering a large, bright en-suite double room in our beautiful modern detached home (built 2008). Located in a quiet residential area close to the hospital, the house has gardens on all sides, ample parking with full CCTV coverage, and a peaceful, homely environment.

🏡 About the Home
This is our family residence. My wife and I live here with our adult son (25). With our other children now having moved out, we have several spare rooms and are looking to rent one to a suitable, respectful professional.

Spacious double bedroom with private en-suite bathroom

Currently contains two double beds — one will be removed to install a small kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, kettle, mini-fridge and basic essentials

Planned additions include a small sofa and TV, creating a comfortable studio-style living space

Floor-to-ceiling wardrobes offering generous storage

Designed to be largely self-contained, with only the hallway/stairs and (if needed) the utility room shared

We already have one room rented to a visiting surgeon, who finds the setup ideal for professional living.
