Hi! I'm Alun and I have 1 first floor single room (£400pm) in a nice, recently decorated and carpeted, 4 bedroomed, clean and sociable house, with fitted kitchen and separate lounge in Rusholme, close to Oxford Road, Whitworth Park and MRI.
Sharing with 3 professionals.
The kitchen has gas cooker, washing machine, 2 fridge/freezers, microwave, toaster etc. and...... clean, shiny housemates :)))
The house is fully furnished and has double glazing with gas central heating. It is within walking distance of the Unis, hospital, Tesco, Lidl, restaurants and bars etc.
Bills included means ALL BILLS, ie: Gas, Water, Elec, Council Tax (Band A), WiFi Internet, TV.
