Double room

We have just moved in so the house is freshly painted with new carpets. It’s a 4 bed house with 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. We have two lounges a separate dining room and a kitchen utility so plenty of space for privacy / chill time when needed! Tthere is street parking available and a fantastic Chinese opposite the house. We have a double room available next door to a bathroom. There is a nice garden and we are two min walk to scenic walks on the Mersey. It’s a ten minute walk to Dane Road tram stop. I am out of the house a lot working or at the gym and the kids (16 and 13) stay on alternate weeks. Everyone is relaxed and friendly but there’s plenty of space for lodgers to have privacy and do their own thing. We also have 3 cats and visiting dogs, Non smoking preferred please. Since the photo was taken I have added a new carpet double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. I can add a desk if you wish.
