Fully furnished double room to rent in my spacious flat. All bills included.

0.7 miles from Media city, Salford Quays and 2 miles from Piccadilly gardens in Manchester city centre. Great transport links with a bus stop immediately outside the development and the nearest tram stop a 5 minute walk away.

This flatshare would suit someone who would enjoy having the flat mostly to themselves, as I will be there just 2 or 3 nights a week, usually over the weekend.

Although I'm looking for a Monday - Friday situation it is fine if circumstances require you to stay for weekends sometimes.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, and 2 sets of drawers, plus a 47" wall mounted flat screen TV with Freeview and Chromecast. The flat has central heating, hyperoptic broadband, washing machine and dishwasher, oven, microwave and air fryer.

It's a secure, gated development and you'd have the use of a parking space if needed.

There is a gym on site and plenty of takeaways just across the road.
The development has beautiful landscaped communal gardens unlike other developments so close to the city centre. Great for sunbathing during the summer months.

Smoking is fine outside on the walk around balcony and I don't mind vaping inside the flat.

I'm a single gay male. I have no preference regarding gender and orientation so long as you're clean and tidy. No loud parties please!

Ideally looking for a longer term let which can go to monthly rolling after 6 months.
