Hi, my name is Bhavika, and I'm looking for a new flatmate to rent the spare room as my current flatmate will be moving out at the end of May so I’m looking for someone to join the tenancy with myself.

Available from 1st June on a monthly rolling contract.

I'm 31 and work in the city centre as an Office Manager. I am fun, friendly and absolutely love going out on the weekends, however there are some weekends where I like to stay in. I'm quite low key in the week due to work. I like to keep the flat tidy and clean at all times, I’m up for socialising but also like my own space. Looking for someone who is similar.

I moved into the flat over 3 years ago, the flat is well decorated and furniture is still like brand new. The flat is located in Salford, right next to Castlefield and a 15 min walk to Deansgate. Opposite is a retail park, less than a 5 min walk, with shops that include Sainsburys, Boots, Home Bargains and JD Gyms, plus more. The flat sits behind a McDonalds and KFC (Winner for those hangover days). The nearest tram stop is Cornbrook, a 10 min walk from the flat and the nearest train station is Deansgate, 15 min walk.
