Fully furnished single and double room available to rent. The house is in a great spot — close to the university and hospital — and has a big kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, a patio out the back and fast broadband. The room comes with a lock, and has got all the necessary alarms (smoke, heat, CO) for peace of mind. Single bedroom also has a desk and a chair for work/study.

I’m looking for someone who’s clean, considerate and appreciates a calm, relaxed home. It’s a quiet household and we all like to keep things tidy and comfortable.

The room is for a female preffered — no pets, no children, no couples. Ideally, you’ll be a full-time working professional who’s looking for somewhere to come home and properly unwind after the day.
