I have a large double bed room available in a homely, well furnished town house in Salford, close to the city centre, parking space, all bills are included.

LOOKING FOR:
A male or female professional preferably between 30 - 50 LQBTQ or friendly who is looking for a privacy and quiet, warm , comfortable home shared with 1 person rather than a house of multiple occupancy. I could consider a female LGBTQ couple. Sounds like a cliche but you need to be a respectful, responsible adult, clean and tidy person. Keen to find a housemate to be good friends with.

I work in NHS and I’m wanting someone who is similarly employed or working in a public sector.

REQUIREMENTS:
You must have your ad active in order to communicate.

You must be a professional and working full time in the UK (Gov, NHS, Civil service, Police, etc)
Minimum basic wage 35k or band 6 (NHS) per annum

THE ROOM:
A very high standard fully furnished spacious double bedroom in size of 13 meters squared with a french double door and Juliet balcony. Brand new low Japanese style Futon Oak double size bed and a reversible mattress. Oak made spacious wardrobe brand Habitat, Oak made desk brand John Lewis and a large wall mounted TV 50” The bathroom will be shared with me as well as the living room and kitchen. The price reflecting all bills included and has been professionally evaluated and is non negotiable.

THE HOUSE:
This is a town terrace house built in 2022 on the new Castle Irwell Homes development right next to the Kersal Wetlands.

Downstairs is all open plan kitchen with breakfast bar (microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, espresso machine Bellezza) dining area, downstairs toilet, and a living room are with a large 3 seater sofa, patio doors leading onto a garden.

Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms with a shared big bathroom. Also there is an attic access for extra storage.

ABOUT ME:
I am 40 and work as a Physician Associate. I work 5 days in a week (Monday - Friday) I like cooking, eating healthy, live healthy, going out for food, food markets, quiz nights, dance classes, yoga and meditation or a good laugh. Also I prefer a quiet night at home in front of the TV or cooking and baking with friends. I am not a party person and I am not looking for one. This is a QUIET house and a night time is after 10pm. I take shoes off in the house, leave common premises such as toilet, bathroom and kitchen clean and I expect the same from a person I live with.

I am always up for a chat or a shared meal, glass of wine, Netflix but no wild late-night. Ultimately, I'm looking for someone decent who I can genuinely get on with and become friends rather than someone who I am just sharing the house with.
