I’m looking for someone to buddy up with for a brand new 2-bed, 2-bath flat at Oldfield Wharf, Salford. It’s a beautiful new build. It’s modern, bright, and well-located.

I’ve previously viewed their 3-bed flat (the 2-bed wasn’t open yet at the time) and really liked what I saw.

💰 Rent: £775 per person per month
💡 Bills: Should be around £150 per person per month (that’s also my budget)

I’m looking for a clean, considerate, and respectful flatmate who values a peaceful, tidy, and homely environment.
