Double room with En-suite, Salford quays

We’re looking for a third housemate to join our little home and replace our previous housemate!

The room is a good-sized, furnished double bedroom with its own en-suite, located on the top floor of a three-storey house.

The house also has:

* Four bathrooms in total
* A spacious living room and kitchen
* Private back decking – perfect for the warmer months
* A driveway at the front of the property, which is currently unused, so parking space is available

Based next to Ordsall park, Salford, we’re in a great location for getting around. Salford Quays tram stop and multiple bus routes are just a 5-minute walk away, with plenty of shops and other amenities nearby.

We’re a very sociable pair who love spending time together, whether that’s heading out for karaoke, having a cosy night in doing puzzles and watching TV, or throwing the occasional themed party! We both work in hospitality, so our shifts can be a little all over the place. We also share our home with our cat and kitten, and there’s a pole studio in the garage!

We’d love someone laid-back who’s up for being part of the household and, hopefully, becoming a friend rather than just someone we share a house with. No pressure to be joined at the hip, though!

Rent is £533 per month, with bills working out at approximately £125–£150 per month per person. This includes gas, electricity, Wi-Fi and council tax. Water is billed separately every three months.
