Double room with En-suite, Salford quays

We’re looking for a third person to move in to replace our old house mate!
The room is a decent sized, furnished double room, with an en-suite on the top floor of a 3 story house. The property has 4 bathrooms (total), private back decking and a spacious living-room and kitchen! We have a driveway at the front of the property that is not currently used by us so space is available. Based in the Ordsall area, Salford Quays tram stop and multiple bus routes only a 5 minute walk. Multiple amenities nearby.
We are a very sociable pair and love spending time with one another whether it’s going out to karaoke, doing a paint by numbers and watching tv or the occasional themed party - so we’re looking for someone who is laid back like us and wants to be friends too! Both of us work in hospitality so irregular shift patterns.
We do also have a cat and kitten and a pole studio in the garage!
