En suite room available near Salford Quays

I have a furnished double room available in the beginning of November. The flat is a three-bed, two story duplex apartment right next to Ordsall Park, minutes from Salford Quays, and about a 20 minute walk from MediaCity.

The apartment has a large private balcony/decked area at the back, a downstairs WC, and one parking space available.

The availabe room has a south facing window overlooking the park, fully furnished, with w/c next to it which would be your own private w/c, you would also be sharing the master bathroom with me.

The bills come to about £110/£120 per person, which includes gas, electric, water, council tax, Internet.

I'm 33 and work full-time in MediaCity. In this house we value peacful and a tidy space, there is a cat who lives here called Eugene, he is very sweet but you rarely notice him. His owner is my other housemate, Holly, she is very quiet and keeps to herself. My hobbies include reading, crochet, plants, health and wellness, so im quite low key in general but can also be up for a pint or two. I genuinely enjoy my lifestyle and I'm looking for people who feel the same way. I'd love housemates I can have a friendship with, but I am also happy to live with someone who keeps to themselves as long as there is mutual respect.
I don't smoke and rarely drink, and I like to keep the place clean and tidy (this is a shoes-off home).

I'm looking for housemates who work full-time during the day (Hybrid considered), who share a similar approach to shared living as me. The most important things to me are:
