Two rooms available near Salford Quays / MediaCity

I have two furnished rooms available from the beginning of July in a three-bed duplex apartment. It's right next to Ordsall Park, minutes from Salford Quays, and about 20 minutes from MediaCity.

The apartment has a large private balcony/decked area at the back, a downstairs WC, and one parking space which will be available when the current housemate leaves (there's also easy additional parking).

Master bedroom: very large room with both north and south facing windows, fully furnished, with a private en suite bathroom, also south-facing. (The images show a large desk set up which will be leaving with the current housemate.)

Small double: furnished south-facing room with shared use of the master bathroom, plus the downstairs WC.

The bills come to about £110/£120 per person, which includes gas, electric, water, council tax, Internet.

I'm 33 and work full-time in MediaCity. I'm an early riser so up at 5:30am for the gym and usually in bed by 9:30pm as a result. I keep a similar routine at the weekend so value peace and quiet. I genuinely enjoy my lifestyle and I'm looking for women who feel the same way. At home I'm fairly self-contained currently, but I'd love housemates I can have a friendship with, so similar interests would be preferred.
I don't smoke or drink, and I like to keep the place clean and tidy.

I'm looking for women who work full-time during the day and share a similar approach to shared living. The most important things to me are:
