En suite room available near Salford Quays

Furnished large en suite room available in the beginning of June. The flat is a three-bed duplex apartment right next to Ordsall Park, minutes from Salford Quays, and about a 20 minutes walk from MediaCity.

The apartment has a large private balcony/decked area at the back, a downstairs WC, and one parking space which will be available when the current housemate leaves (there's also easy additional parking).

The availabe room is the master, its a very large room with both north and south facing windows, fully furnished, with a private en suite bathroom, also south-facing. (The images show a large desk set up which will be leaving with the current housemate.

The bills come to about £110/£120 per person, which includes gas, electric, water, council tax, Internet.

I'm 33 and work full-time in MediaCity. I'm an early riser so up at 5:30am for the gym and usually in bed by 9:30pm as a result. I keep a similar routine at the weekend so value peace and quiet. My hobbies include crochet, plants, health and wellness, so im quite low key in general. I genuinely enjoy my lifestyle and I'm looking for people who feel the same way. I'd love housemates I can have a friendship with, so similar interests would be preferred, and I can be chatty and outgoing with those who I gel well with :)
I don't smoke and rarely drink, and I like to keep the place clean and tidy (this is a shoes-off apartment)

I'm looking for housemates who work full-time during the day and not remotely (Hybrid considered), who share a similar approach to shared living as me. The most important things to me are:
