The room is in a quiet, clean and modern home, with a private bathroom and good transport links to Manchester city centre.

You would be sharing the house with just me, so it’s a calm and relaxed home rather than a busy house share. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful and easy-going, and who would appreciate a peaceful place to stay during the working week.

Availability: Monday–Friday only
Weekends: The room would need to be vacated for the weekend
