Looking for a tidy female to share with for a 3 month let initially.

It’s a double room in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. There’s an open plan living room and kitchen. The apartment has large floor to ceiling windows and lots of light.

Ideally looking to let for 3 months initially with a view to extending if it works well.

The apartment is in a great location and 15 minutes walk from Deansgate and Spinningfields and 30 minutes walk from Northern Quarter/Piccadilly. It’s also close to Salford Quays/Media City area and Old Trafford football stadium. The closest metrolink station is Cornbrook, 10 minutes walk away.

There’s a Sainsbury’s supermarket, Co-op, gym and retail park within 5 minutes.

McDonalds and KFC are 2 minutes away.

I work from home 2/3 days a week. I spend equal amounts of time at home and out. I usually dance a couple of times a week and go to the gym after work. I spend some of the weekend with family. I like occasional late nights out but not every weekend. I’m looking for someone who is happy doing their own thing but also wants to do some things together like eating out, activities, cinema etc. I like to keep the apartment clean and tidy so looking for someone who’s similar and will respect my place.
