I am a 37-year-old guy working in the video games industry in the city center. I’m clean, tidy, and easy-going. During the week, I keep things relatively quiet and structured due to work, but I’m always down for a casual chat, a gym session, or a drink. I'm looking for a fellow professional who treats the flat with respect and keeps the shared spaces clean.

Other than that in terms of dietary requirements I dont eat pork . Im okay with drinking. If you choose to eat pork i am alright with it as long as its observed to keep meats/utensils tools seperate for this :) but no pork is preferred 😅

Financials & Move-in Details:

Rent: £687 per calendar month per person

Council tax: £96/month per calendar month per person

Utility bills are split 50/50 per month.

Broadband: £22.5
Water: £23.8
Electricity: £50-70 (usually more during the winter months)

It rough comes around £850 a month give or take.

Move-in Date: The room is available immediately 1st November with the ongoing official contract.

Deposit: The building operates on a Reposit scheme, which means instead of a massive 5-week deposit, you only pay a non-refundable £175 registration fee upfront.

Because this is a professionally managed building, Oxbow will require you to pass their official referencing process (which includes a standard credit check and income verification confirming you earn at least 2.5x your share of the rent). Rent must be paid strictly on the 1st of every month via standing order.
