The apartment is shared with one other tenant, and both bedrooms have their own private en-suite bathroom, so you’ll have your own bathroom and plenty of privacy.

You will only be sharing the kitchen and living area

Rent & Bills

Rent: £675 per month

Bills are separate and approximately:

* Council tax: £183/month
* Water: £61.75/month
* Wi-Fi: £32.51/month
* Electricity: £70 -£130/month depending on usage

So approximately £150–£200/month each on bills
