My current flatmate is moving out and I therefore need to fill her room.
The flat is located just off Trafford Road and is a (literal) 3 minute walk to two different tram stops. There is an Aldi 5 minutes up the road and Ordsall Park is a 2 minute walk away. Very good for transport links & very cheap taxi home from a night out.
Parking spaces can be rented (I currently pay £80 pcm) and bills can be around £200-250 pcm depending on usage.
The pictures may look a little sketchy but I promise they’re just from the estate agents who are in the process of selling the flat (nothing to do with us as tenants).
Move in date can be earlier if required, just let me know if you have any questions.
