The house is well placed for both the Manchester city centre and University of Salford. Market Street is about 9 minutes by bike and Peel Park Campus is 5 minute on bike.

The house suits someone tidy, independent and considerate, who is comfortable with clear house rules and shared responsibility for keeping the shared areas clean.
