Description
I have found a 2bed, 2bath apartment at Affinity Living and I am looking for a second flatmate to sign/ start a contract with.
Bills likely to be max £200, including water, electricity and council tax.
Building Amenities include: Concierge, Gym, Cinema Room, Concierge and Cafe in Reception.
I would be keen to move in within the next couple of months, depending on apartment availability with another female of a similar age and shared interests, and preferably be friends rather than flatmates.
It would be preferable if you have already viewed this apartment building but more than happy to schedule a viewing together.
Keen for serious enquiries only, due to being let down by others previously.
About me:
I’m 24, working professional. Hobbies/ Interests - Enjoy sports, e. g going to gym, hiking and being outdoors. Trying out new cafes/ restaurants, going to the pub as well. In addition to watching tv/ films for a quiet evening.
Please let me know if interested, have any questions and We can discuss further/ meet.
