Room available in 2 bed flat, The Filaments

Hiya!

My current flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for a new flatmate to join me, ideally 1st December (somewhat flexible, move in date could be discussed further).

About Me & The Ideal Flatmate:
I work as a Intermidiate 3D Artist at a video game studio here in the city center. I'm clean, tidy, and work in the studio Monday to Friday. I'm looking for someone who is also clean and respectful of each other's spaces, ideally someone who isn't a huge party person and enjoys a more calm and relaxed home environment.

I've been living here at The Filaments for three years and absolutely love it. The staff is friendly and super helpful with any queries you might have. They also hold a bunch of fun social events, fitness competitions with prizes with the occasional food trucks right outside of the flat. Also, you'll find a bar and a café that's in the same connected building.
