My names Myles and I live in a place called Wilburn Basin in manchester (M5 4XP) and I work full time .

So as you can imagine sleep is really important to me so I'm looking for someone who is considerate on noise.

I'm ideally looking for someone I can get on with on a friendly level as l am prone to sit in the living room binge watch shows.

I am a very clean person so I would love someone who is able to respect that and help with it, as I do tend to do a Sunday reset.

The room I'm trying to find an owner for is a en-suite so it has its own toilet and shower!! The place I live in has its own gym available 24/7 a cinema as well as office spaces which is all free to use !! We have a concierge and live right outside a retail park with a home bargains, boots and Sainsburys so shopping is never something to worry about
The rent is £635 a month and with bills it can be £750-800 mostly dependant on when I take out the water bill.
