2 bedrooms flat looking for Female flatmate

Hiya, I am looking for someone to share this flat with me. The tenancy would start on 22nd Dec. It’s close to the city centre yet in a private, modern, and well-maintained community.

It’s around a 10-minute walk to Arndale, and anywhere in the city centre is in walkable distance. The area feels safe, convenient, and genuinely nice to live in.

The property itself is lovely. As soon as you open the door, you get a beautiful view of the balcony and the wide-open outlook beyond it. On a sunny day, it’s the perfect spot to sit out with a coffee or a drink and simply relax.

The bedroom is also a really good size, with plenty of space for a desk, as well as a built-in wardrobe. You’ll also have your own private bathroom.

One of the best parts of the building is the facilities. There’s a gym, a cinema, and a co-working space, all within the building itself.

So, I’m now looking for someone to share this place with me!

A little bit about me: I’m 27 and work full-time in tech, going into the office around three days a week. I really enjoy having a warm, cosy and comfortable home environment. I’m easy-going and generally very easy to get along with. I also like to keep the flat clean and tidy so that it’s always a nice place to come home to.

What I’m looking for

Ideally, I’m looking for someone respectful, considerate, clean and tidy.

It’s important to me to live with someone who takes care of our shared space and helps keep it clean most of the time. I’d like us to share responsibility for household chores and be respectful of each other’s routines, schedules and personal space.
