I’m looking for someone to take over my room at Affinity Living Riverview from 5 January 2027, as I’ll be moving down south for a new job!

The apartment is really spacious, has a lovely view and is a great place to live. The bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, and there’s a lovely shared living space too.

Costs:
- Rent: £800 per month
- Bills included in rent: total rent and bills come to around £950 to £1,000 per month
- Council tax: approximately £120 per month

You’ll initially be sharing with a 26-year-old professional who is clean, tidy and considerate, so ideally looking for someone similar who will help keep the flat a nice place to live.

The room is available for a minimum stay of one month, with the possibility of staying longer. The current flatmate is planning to move out in February, so there may be an opportunity to extend beyond this, subject to future arrangements.
