Double room in Middlewood Locks

Our current housemate is looking to move out in the new year and we are wanting to fill his double room.

(I have a lot of videos of the room SpareRoom is taking a while to verify them so I can send more through WhatsApp)

All 3 of us moved into this brand new apartment / building at the start of July! Middlewood locks is a 5 minute walk into town but very peaceful, the best of both worlds!

There is a co op and a coffee shop facing the apartment and concierge too. A brand new gym will be opening early in the new year in our building also.

We have the largest balcony / patio area in the building!

Council tax is around £110 each pm
Electric is £30 pm each
- You would be sharing a large bathroom / bath / shower with Baq

We have the official 12 month tenancy until June 26th so we are open to short terms stays or a potential to extend if needed! The housemate who is moving out is also flexible on dates before or after, just let us know!

Your new housemates (profile photo) are both professionals, I am 29 and Baqir is 31. We both work full time Mon-Friday. Baq works from home but sometimes goes to a coffee shops / works out the house.

We are clean and tidy sociable people, creative, big foodies, enjoy going to the gym and for walks but also just chilling out and watching TV! We live very seamlessly together and are considerate of each other’s other space.

We are looking for someone that could also be a friend too :)
