Looking for someone to move in in around a months time! Currently three boys between the ages of 24-26 who are LGBT. We are looking for someone clean and friendly to take up the ground floor bedroom available. There are two bathrooms in which the new tenant would share one with one of us (separate to the other two tenants)
We each work different hours during the day. Close transport connections to town, regular buses that take around 10 mins.
There are no pets allowed. We have an arrangement in place for bills currently.
