Looking for a flat mate, the room is a double bed (with storage under it), two bedside tables, big wardrobe. You will have the bathroom attached to the living room which has a bath and a shower. The flats pretty spacious and it has a balcony.
There is a gym in the building included as well as a coworking space, cinema room, dining room you can rent out and they put on events. All included in rent.
I have two cats, both so friendly and loving so need to be okay with them.
I have my business running creative events so I am in a lot in the day and out a fair few evenings until 9 ish. I love my business, getting creative, brunch, walks, nice coffee, the odd drink too. Looking for someone a bit more relaxed too, I am not big clubber but enjoy hanging out! Love the theatre, cinema and up for any kind of adventure.
Council tax is £129 each (10 months of the year), wifi & bills are about £75 each too.
It’s only a 15 min walk to Aviva Studios/ Spinningfield Area!!
