Hi, I’m looking for a new flatmate to move in at the end of Jan as my flatmate is sadly moving home. We can be quite flexible on move in date (Dec-Jan at any point should be okay!!)
The flat is spacious 2 bed 2 bath located in M3 just 5 min walk to Spinningfields!

- 2 bed 2 bath (both en-suites)
- Huge balcony that runs across the length of the flat!
- Rent £740
- Bills roughly £230
- WiFi Included
- No deposit
- Built in wardrobe, chest of draws and 2 bed side tables included. Desk doesn’t come with the flat but my flatmate is happy for the new person joining to keep this for free (if not wanted we can get rid before move in). TV stand pictured will not be available.
Building amenities:
- 2 floor gym with free weights & resistance machines - there’s also a free yoga class each week you can book!
- Courtyard
- Co working space & bookable meeting room
- Bookable hosting space
- Secure parcel lockers
- No parking (although I am aware of paid secure parking a 5 min walk away)

- I’m 26 years old and from Manchester and I work full time in Marketing
- I would love to make a new friend as well as a flatmate and catch up over dinner and try new coffee spots or go for drinks on the weekend, although I equally appreciate my own space.
