Double room for rent 20 min walk from town.

Lovely double bed room available on edge of Salford, I am moving away and need a replacement for my room. My two female friends live in the flat and are in need of preferably a female roommate who is not allergic to cats. The property itself comes with a balcony, dishwasher, washing machine. Bills are relatively heap and council tax is C but amongst three people is manageable! I am preferably looking for an individual who is able to take over the electrical bill as-well as it is currently under my name. All bills are split equally but hopefully they will be able to take over the account. I am looking hopefully to move out within the next month and so we are looking for an individual to take over the contract for around this time.
