Cozy and beautifully furnished home located 10 minutes walk from Media City and 15 bus/tram from Manchester City Centre.
Fully furnished room available.
Large garden areas, patio decking, outdoor furniture, plants and shed.
The house has a relaxed friendly atmosphere sharing with two others full time professionals both male and in their mid 20’s.
We enjoy watching TV, having BBQ's in the summer in the garden or going for food and drinks.
The existing house mates are looking for a kind friendly tidy flatmate to join the house.
The property is within 5 minute walk of a large Tesco supermarket, Aldi, Lidl, Home Bargains and other shops.
The tram into the city is very handy usually takes us around 20 mins to get into town or the plentiful buses are at the end of the street on Liverpool Street also very handy and quick. The area is quiet and has a mix of young professionals, families and older neighbors which is nice.
The WiFi is excellent.
We are very considerate when it comes to new house mates it’s important to have a nice friendly vibe within the house which it certainly has, its a very nice house share rather than just a room rent.
