Hi there! I’m looking for a friendly and respectful person to take over my tenancy in a lovely shared 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on the 24th floor of a beautiful building in Salford Quays with a stunning view! Available from early December 2026

The Room:

• Located on the 24th floor
• Fully furnished modern kitchen and living area
• Washers and dryers are available for your convenience
• Enjoy the gym, cinema, and residents’ lounge right in the building

• Tram stop just outside the apartment

You’ll be sharing with one tidy, respectful male flatmate who values a quiet, clean, and comfortable home.

Rent and Bills:
- Rent: £700 per month, due on the 2nd of each month
- Bills: approximately £170 each month (this includes council tax (band C), Wi-Fi, water, and energy)

Tenancy Details:
- Flat is currently on a zero deposit reposit scheme.
- The current tenancy runs until 1st April 2026, with an option to extend for another year
