Hiya, we’re looking for a third person to get a flat with us in Salford Quays. Looking to move in the flat shown from the 1st of December. We already have a flat we’re putting an application in for but need a third person ASAP as our third girl has dropped out. Really need to sign this week so needs to be someone who can commit 🤞🏼🥰
Rent is £655 (cheapest room)
Shared bathroom with 1 other person - has a bath!
With bills on top it’ll work out no more than £830 per month absolute max
Nearby off street parking (5 min walk)
Gym and tram stop opposite

We’re looking for someone who
- Is clean and tidy for communal areas
- Works similar hours to us (9-5)
- Doesn’t smoke
- No students
- Earns £25k+ (to get accepted for flats)
- Easy to get on with, sociable, respectful
23 & 24, I’m originally from near Leeds and Sophia is from Hertfordshire. We both enjoy fitness classes (yoga, TRIBE, dance), walks, drinks, wine, eating out etc. Both sociable people but equally respect one another’s space and alone time. Would be great to live with someone who also wants to be friends but main thing is we all live comfortably with one another🥰
