Hiya, we’re looking for a third person to takeover a room in our 3 bed flat. Tenancy is until end of November but can be renewed afterwards also. Looking for someone to take over ASAP.
Rent is £650 (cheapest room)
Shared bathroom with 1 other person - has a bath!
Nearby off street parking (5 min walk)
Gym and tram-stop opposite
15 minute drive into town
We’re looking for someone who
- Is clean and tidy for communal areas
- Works similar hours to us (9-5)
- Doesn’t smoke
- No students
- Easy to get on with, sociable, respectful
23 & 24, I’m originally from near Leeds and Sophia is from Hertfordshire. We both enjoy fitness classes (yoga, TRIBE, dance), walks, drinks, wine, eating out etc. Both sociable people but equally respect one another’s space and alone time.
Would be great to live with someone who is sociable and also wants to be friends but main thing is we all live comfortably with one another🥰
